Pretty happy with the selection overall. Most of the stuff I wanted was in stock, though one color I liked was sold out. Still, it was a good experience and I’d shop here again.

The return did go through eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. What made it more frustrating was that the next steps weren’t really clear, so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to wait, follow up, or do something else. Overall it was okay, just slower and more confusing than it needed to be.

I gave italic a try mostly for the membership deals, and overall it’s been okay. A few of the items I ordered felt like a good value for the price, and the website is easy enough to use. Shipping was also totally fine. I do think the membership makes more sense if you’re ordering fairly regularly, though. If you only buy once in a while like me, it can feel like you have to spend more to really make the savings worth it. Not a bad experience, just more of an average one for my needs.

I had a good experience using italic.com. The site was quick, and I didn’t have to dig around much to find what I needed. Checking out was easy too. My only small gripe is that some of the filters felt kind of limited, so I ended up clicking around more than I wanted to. Still, it’s a solid site and I’d use it again

I ordered from Italic after going back and forth for a while because I’m always a little unsure with colors online. The whole process was easy, and when it showed up, the item looked nice right out of the box. I’d been expecting maybe a slight difference in shade or lighting, but the color ended up being pretty much exactly like the photos. That made me feel better about the choice, and overall I’m happy with what I got.

I ordered from italic.com, everything showed up just like it was described on the site. The size, color, and material all matched what I was expecting, which was a relief. I even showed it to my sister because she’s picky about online orders, and she agreed it looked true to the listing. No weird surprises when it arrived, and I really appreciated how accurate the details were.

I needed to exchange for a different size and, it was kind of a slow process. The emails took a few days to get replies, and the return label was a bit confusing at first. I did get everything sorted out eventually, but yeah, it wasn’t the best experience.

The tracking was really easy to follow. It updated when it was supposed to, and I didn’t have to sit there wondering where my package was?? Delivery showed up right when they said it would, so I’m happy with it.

The pricing was super easy to understand, and there weren’t any surprise fees at the end. Isn’t that all you really want when you’re checking out?

I had a small issue with my order and didn’t have the patience to go back and forth all day. I messaged support expecting the usual slow, copy-paste response, but they actually got back to me quickly and answered my question directly. Super easy overall, and I’d use italic again.

I’ll give italic.com credit, the site is clean and easy enough to browse, so that’s nice. Some of the items do look stylish, but a lot of it feels a little too basic for my taste. It’s not bad or anything, just not exactly the kind of place that makes you stop and get excited, you know?

I don’t know, maybe I’m being too picky, but the fabric just felt kind of cheap to me. I was expecting it to feel a little nicer, so I ended up feeling disappointed

I was excited to get this!! But once it arrived, it didn’t feel quite as nice as I expected. The material felt a bit thinner than I thought it would, and I noticed the stitching was uneven in a few spots. It’s not awful, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a little more polished.

Ordered from italic a couple of times now, and delivery’s been smooth overall. Tracking updated often enough, and the package showed up around when they said it would. Think one order came a day late, but wasn’t really a big deal.
Everything was packed well and nothing arrived damaged. Giving 4 stars because shipping isn’t exactly fast, but it was dependable and didn’t have to chase customer service, which I appreciated.

I tried italic.com because, in theory, I liked the whole idea of getting nicer-quality stuff without paying extra for a big brand name. Very reasonable concept, very calm about it. But once I actually ordered, the prices still felt kind of high for what showed up.
The item itself was fine. Not awful, not amazing, just sort of... there. I’ve definitely bought similar things elsewhere for less, and I didn’t really feel some major quality difference that made me think, okay, yes, this was worth it. Shipping didn’t exactly help the overall feeling either.

Maybe I just picked the wrong product, and maybe other people have better luck with them. Totally possible. But for me, this order didn’t make me want to keep spending money there. I expected more value, and I’m calmly pretending not to be disappointed.

So, yeah, I’ve had this for about a year now, it still looks good overall. Like, there are a few spots where the stitching has gotten a little loose, but nothing too major or anything. For the most part, I’m still happy with it.

I ran into an issue with my order and was expecting it to be more of a hassle. Support got back to me fast and fixed it without much back-and-forth, which I appreciated. They were friendly too. I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, but overall I’m happy with how everything turned out.
